Patrick Kelly, Founder of Shamrock Capital, brings decades of market experience shaped by real-world investing across multiple market cycles. Raised in a middle-class family with strong Midwestern and Irish roots, Patrick learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and personal responsibility. Those principles continue to inform both his investment philosophy and client relationships.

Patrick began studying investing while still in high school and pursued that interest through college, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Saint Louis University in 1984. Since then, he has spent his career building and refining an investment practice centered on experience, judgment, and continuous learning.
